AI Monetization Roadmap Terms of Use
By purchasing the AI Monetization Roadmap (hereinafter the "Service"), you, the purchaser (hereinafter the "Client"), enter into a binding agreement with Only Boldly LLC ("Company") and agree to the following terms.
Service Deliverables
Company agrees to provide the Service as promised on the checkout page, which includes:
One (1) custom AI Monetization Roadmap delivered as an 8+ page written document within 1 business day of questionnaire submission
Optional video walkthrough add-on (if purchased): one (1) personalized 10-15 minute video explaining the roadmap and additional insights
Client understands that delivery is contingent upon complete and timely submission of the required questionnaire.
Disclaimer
Company's Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Client understands that Company will be providing educational and strategic guidance and that this Service does not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice.
Company is not providing implementation services, ongoing support, or guarantees of specific business outcomes.
Payment
In consideration of Client's access to the Service, Client agrees to pay:
$97 for the AI Monetization Roadmap (introductory pricing, February 23-27, 2026)
$197 for the AI Monetization Roadmap (standard pricing after February 27, 2026)
$17 for optional video walkthrough add-on (if selected)
Client hereby authorizes Company to charge Client's credit or debit card for all agreed-upon payments at the time of purchase.
No Refunds
Company has a strict no refund policy on the Service. Once the questionnaire is submitted and the roadmap creation process begins, no refunds will be issued. Client understands and agrees to this.
No Master Resell Rights. No Personal Label Rights.
Master Resell Rights and Personal Label Rights are not available for this Service. Client understands that no rights of reproduction are transferred by this Agreement. Client agrees not to create any derivative works of the roadmap or any content provided by Company.
Intellectual Property
Company owns the rights to all methodologies, frameworks, and strategic approaches used in creating the roadmap. Client receives a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the deliverables created specifically for Client's business. Client may not resell, redistribute, or share the roadmap with others.
Force Majeure
Company shall not be liable or responsible to Client, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
Independent Contractor
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Company agrees only to provide Client with the Service as described. The information contained in the roadmap, including any strategic recommendations, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional business, financial, or legal advice.
Severability
If any provision of this Contract shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed eliminated from this Contract, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Liability
Client ABSOLVES Company OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR LOSS Client MAY SUFFER OR INCUR AS A RESULT OF USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR ANY INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE ROADMAP. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Client AGREES THAT Company SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EQUITABLE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Warranty
Company makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, recommendations, and related content contained in the roadmap for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. Company and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information and recommendations, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Assignment
Client may not assign this Agreement without express written consent of Company.
Modification
Company may modify terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on the Company's website and purchasers shall be notified.
Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of Client's use of or inability to use the Service, Client's violation of any terms of this Agreement or Client's violation of any rights of a third party, or Client's violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Client expressly waives any and all claims, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the Service. To the extent Client attempts to assert any such claim, Client hereby expressly agrees to present such claim only in the small claims courts in King County, Washington.
